Rod Houston day 2
News Date 03/10/2019
A drop in temperature did not affect the girls of Carndonagh as they put two goals past Shenfield in the first two minutes and a similar start to the second spell saw them return a 4-0 result to put them top of the table.  Shenfield, suffering a spate of injuries faught well with stand in 'keeper, Amye Swinney, showing incredible bravery.
The second game was far closer with Ysgol Glan Clwyd taking a lead in the 21 minute only to be pegged back on the stroke of half time when Crompton House snatched a leveller from Isabelle Jones.  There was a closely contested second half with the game looking destined for a draw until Cora Belle smashed home the winner with just 3 minutes to go.
