Republic girls on cloud 9
News Date 13/03/2017
The Republic of Ireland U15 Girls secured their first win of the John Read Trophy when they defeated a determined England team 2-1 in Dublin.  Ireland took the lead with a goal from Zara Foley and led for much of the game until Jess Brown grabbed an equaliser for England. With the game being watched by High Performance Director, Ruud Doker, and Women's Head Coach, Colin Bell, the young ladies of the FAIS raised their game to snatch victory with a well taken goal by Sohie Liston three minutes from time.  Smiles all round!
